We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, approve or deny applications, or fund loans. All loan terms, conditions, and decisions are made by the individual lenders.
Eligibility
To use our service, you must be:
• At least 18 years of age • A resident of the State of Illinois • A U.S. citizen or permanent resident • The owner of a valid bank account • Able to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the application
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when using our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submitting a request through IllinoisLoansToday.com does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, be approved for a loan, or receive any specific interest rate or terms. Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender. We cannot predict or influence lender decisions.
Third-Party Lenders
When you are matched with a lender, you will be redirected to or contacted by that lender directly. Any loan agreement you enter into is between you and the lender — not IllinoisLoansToday.com. We are not a party to any loan agreement and are not responsible for the actions, terms, or practices of any lender in our network.
We encourage you to carefully review all loan terms, including APR, fees, repayment schedule, and prepayment penalties, before accepting any offer.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of IllinoisLoansToday.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without written permission.
